The Best One Pan Lemon Shrimp Recipe You Need Right Now

I’m on a mission to find healthier food recipes for my meal preps.

I tend to crave a lot of carbs mainly cheeseburgers, pasta, and donuts, which you know I love. But, I am trying to eat healthier so I needed a new recipe to change things up this week.

And I found the most delicious one to date.

This week I was dying to try recipes with shrimp in it.

So in my search, I ran across, ‘ONE PAN, Roasted Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus‘ by Jen from Carlsbad Cravings.

It was exactly what I was looking for and did you note the ‘One Pan’ reference in the title?

I’m all in for a 1 pan recipe! Because I would normally stay away from shrimp recipes because of how time-consuming they are. And if you’re thinking the same thing, this recipe will change your mind too.

I followed Jen’s recipe with a few exceptions, such as:

  1. Going a little lighter on the lemon juice
  2. Sprinkling a little more chili flakes

Plus buying the shrimp already cleaned makes this recipe so easy to make.

I followed the remainder of the recipe and waited patiently for the shrimp to be done. Once it cooled down enough, I literally inhaled the shrimp and asparagus! This recipe was simply amazing and delicious.

I even used the remaining shrimp in tacos, which were quite light and tasty.

Plus, I was proud of myself for not running to grab fast food and actually loving this recipe.

I now found a new shrimp recipe that I love and I’m keeping this staple recipe in my weekly rotations.

If you love shrimp you must give this recipe a try, you won’t regret it.

Stay tuned as I review more recipes to rotate into my weekly meals.
