RETURNS

We accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, & undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery date.

 

We do not accept returns for gift cards, accessories or merchandise marked as ‘Final Sale’.

 

To start a return, email us at support@ro-ivy.com. Enter your order number, and return instructions will be emailed to you shortly.

 

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt & can only be issued to your original method of payment.

 

 

EXCHANGES
Please contact us at support@ro-ivy.com and we will process exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

—Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
