Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Order are shipped via USPS.

 

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Our business days are Monday-Friday, yet please allow for additional time should your purchase day fall on a federal holiday when USPS is closed. When your order ships we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

 

SHIPPING – DAMAGES

Due to changes in USPS policies, if an item arrives damaged, the buyer will have to work with our company and USPS to reconcile the damage claim made to USPS which may include:

1. Saving the damaged item
2. Taking the damaged item to USPS
3. Waiting for USPS claim to be approved

Once these items have been approved with USPS, our company will refund you for your damaged item. If you prefer to have an item replaced instead, please contact our company. The damaged items will still have to be sent to USPS.

 

EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the hygienic liner, and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. Merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of the original delivery date. 

 

We do not accept exchanges for gift cards, accessories, jewelry, shoes, personalized/custom made items or merchandise marked as ‘Final Sale’.

 

To start an exchange, email us at support@ro-ivy.com. Enter your order number, and exchange instructions will be emailed to you shortly.

 

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our exchange policy mentioned above. 

 

If an item is ineligible for a exchange based on our standards above an exchange will not be granted.

 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed for the same style, different size while stock lasts.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the hygienic liner, and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. 

 

We do not accept returns for gift cards, accessories, jewelry, shoes, personalized/custom made items, or merchandise marked as ‘Final Sale’.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
