Because I know how hard it is to workout and how overwhelming the amount of information is. Sometimes it makes you want to give up. I know I felt like that for a while working out off and on for years. Until this year, I did something different.

What changed for you this year?
I started researching about fitness and nutrition.
And then I started trying several different workout videos on a daily basis. That’s when I started to see slow improvements and even my stress levels reduce. But let me tell you it was a struggle for me to workout and eat healthier.

What was hard about making changes?

One of the hardest parts was figuring out the right combination of workouts and healthy eating to ensure I would get the results I was looking for. One of the best things I did for myself was to write down my workouts and eating habits in a planner so that I can evaluate what was happening. Then came the 6 workouts that started helping my body change.

These free workout videos are changing my body! They’re the top ones that I keep going back for and the ones where I can feel getting stronger. Right now, my body is slowly getting leaner and so far, I’ve gained muscle mass and more definition. I still have a long way to go to get to a healthy lifestyle but I’m taking it one day at a time.
